moving on, class finances eeee. haha. yup in case you didn't catch what i was saying today, this is how much everyone is supposed to have paid this year - $74.50. i know it seems like a lot now, but let me break it down for you so you know where all that money went to (:

$10 - orientation early early early on this year
$17.50 - class tee!
$7 - spiderman tickets (class outing :D)
$10 - food for ip induction (the remainder will be carried forward to next year yup)

so that's $44.50 down, $30 left to go

Total amount spent on notes and lithosphere text: $486.05 (as a class)
each student: $18.70

Total amount spent on notice board: $31.80
each student: $1.20

Total amount spent on IKEA shelves: $58
each student: $2.20

Total amount spent on other class stuffs (lignum party, community service day - remember the little kids? (: -class party etc.) : $92.30
each student: $3.60

Total amount spent on September the 1st :D : $108.60
each student: $4.20

yup so that's all our money went to (p.s. the above calculations for each student are rounded off to 3 significant figures [not unlike physics :( haha] yup so it might be off $30)

1) Wrapping of prizes
Each class is in charge of a particular task, and this is ours. The whole class has to go to the IS Lab this Friday at 1pm (45 minutes after emusic), and report to Ms Selva. Don't be late ! This is compulsory, unless you have a good reason.

2) Buttons
Remember the badges our seniors gave us during IP Induction last year? Now it's our turn to design some for our juniors !
Anyway, the templates should be uploaded onto KM soon- get them done by thursday, because 02 will be doing the button pressing thing on friday. Here's the list of senior-junior pairings:

okay, here's some admin stuff/reminders:

1) IP Induction Proposals
These are due tomorrow ! Please pass them to me and I'll put them in Miss Selva's letter tray.
I've uploaded the two proposals (the OGL one and the Class Buddy one) onto our gmail account, so you can take a look and make changes/suggestions. While we'll be submitting our proposals tomorrow, that doesn't mean that we'll have to follow them word for word during the actual IP induction, so new ideas are completely welcome

2) C'est La Vie tickets
I'll be passing you your tickets after I get them from one of the counsellors tomorrow (: I'm so, so sorry about the delay!

3) Hand in your chinese camp forms already
Admittedly, I completely forgot too =X Just put it in Lao Shi's letter tray.

4) CAAL and your CCA records
If you haven't uploaded your CAAL records, please do so by tomorrow. If you changed your CCA records but didn't look for the PE teachers yesterday after swimming PE, you'll have to go down to the PE department and sign the updated copy

5) CLASS OUTING !!
Please find out when you guys will be free, I'll discuss this tomorrow or on monday if we have some spare time :D

6) Help out for IP induction
We need the following items for our games: a Watergun (preferably big and good at drenching people, or rather, our juniors!), 4 plastic spoons, Masking Tape, 4 ping pong balls, 1 large plastic bowl and 35 small plastic bags

when eveyone was 'its over!' after IS1105, amp people had to start mugging for plane geometry.
